Jackson is very proud of the many Framework agreements we have been awarded and retained within the NHS, many of which are NHS Trust-specific. However, this is not always the case, and a good example of various NHS Trusts collectively joining together to have one lift maintenance supplier is the framework agreement awarded to Jackson earlier this year. 

The agreement covers a wide range of multiple individual units found in hospitals, clinics, and GP Practices within the UK. The agreement was set up by The National Framework Partnership, an organisation Jackson have been privileged to be approved by and working with for some time.

The National Framework Partnership is a procurement organisation that specialises in framework agreements of various types that comply with the Government’s Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR) along with Compliance with current Safety Regulations. 

To enable Jackson to win this valuable framework agreement, each individual Trust confirmed their agreement for Jackson to tender. Beneficially, several of the Trusts had already used our maintenance and repair services, so had experienced Jackson services first-hand. As with many national contracts of this type, the Jackson Sales Team operating from our Head Office in Charlton managed our submissions and undertook the various meetings and conversations needed to ensure that all the framework requirements and qualifications were met or exceeded. 

This included a wide range of detailed anonymised KPI information to illustrate our successes with some of the NHS Trusts and other customers that Jackson work with that did not fall within this framework agreement.
